Who do you need to have a good relationship with to be personally and professionally successful? A Formula One driver is the most visible person in a team, but who puts him there? In this programme we talk about outstanding teams and name them to get fully associated. Then in small teams we draw pictures and provide graphical representations of the outstanding teams including their hallmarks and ingredients that make them successful. The participants compare their area of business and team against the ‘outstanding’ criteria and consider ways of improving their performance and results.
